This course is a blend of material from Aerospace Science, Leadership Education, and Wellness. The Aerospace Science portion is designed to acquaint cadets with the historical development of flight and the role of the military in history. The Leadership aspect introduces cadets to AFJROTC and instill elements of good citizenship. The Wellness section is an exercise program focused upon individual baseline improvements.
